It wasn’t long ago that I was writing about Bill Schorr retiring from editorial cartooning.  I’m pleased to announce that Bill is coming back and will be drawing political cartoons that we will syndicate here at Cagle Cartoons, Inc. Bill worked as a staff cartoonist for the New York Daily News, The Kansas City Star and The Los Angeles Herald-Examiner.
